Forway Service provides business formation support, e-commerce operations, marketplace management, eSIM and virtual number services, warehouse support, consultations and related business services. 2. Customer responsibilities
You must provide accurate, complete and lawful information. You are responsible for reviewing submitted details, responding to document requests and maintaining the security of your customer account. You may not use our services for fraud, prohibited products, misleading activity or violations of marketplace rules.
3. Payments and third-party fees
Prices are shown during checkout or in a written proposal. Government filing fees, marketplace charges, banking fees, shipping, taxes and other third-party costs are included only when clearly stated. Payment processing may be provided by third-party payment providers and is also subject to their terms.
4. Cancellations and refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the service stage and costs already incurred. Completed work, government fees, activated digital services, purchased inventory, shipping labels and third-party charges are generally non-refundable. Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order.
5. Timelines and results
Estimated timelines may change because of customer response time, government agencies, banks, marketplaces, carriers or other third parties. We do not guarantee marketplace approval, sales volume, ranking, profit, account reinstatement or any specific business outcome.
6. Accounts, documents and meetings
Customer portal access is personal to the registered user. Documents and meeting links may contain confidential information and must not be shared without authorization. We may suspend access when we reasonably believe an account is compromised or being misused.
7. Intellectual property
Forway Service retains ownership of its website, systems, templates and original materials. After full payment, customers may use final deliverables created specifically for their business, subject to any third-party licenses or written limitations.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forway Service is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, lost profits, marketplace decisions, third-party outages or events outside our reasonable control. Our total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to that claim.
